4 dims can cause more stress on the NB....ie lower clock potential. Also with AMD systems you need to keep in mind that certain clocks arent attainable with all 4 dimms populated.
Matching the ram is a great idea, but ponder what 4 dimms on your board is going to do. Possibly look to a 2 X 2GB kit?
Cant sway you from a Corsair, they are good PSU's. I have used a couple of SilverStones lately I have been really pleased with
