    You might get more help/feedback if you were to post this in a forum post section, like general hardware; instead of a profile post.

    Some suggestions:
    Clean out dust. Try removing battery and press/hold start button for 45+ seconds re-install battery and try to start. Try replacing TIM/thermal pads. Try with one stick of ram... swap and try other stick.

    Not my laptop. Will send back to owner. Figured it has a dedicated gpu.
    At least is says on the label. Inside could not find the card. Out of options. Sending back. Found tutorial,something about flashing bios. To late now.

    if air conditioner runs at lower temp does it consume more electricity ?

    Fallowing blue knights link it read that it makes no difference. This is very confusing for me . I do not have an thermostat. I just wanna know if i let it run at 19 degrees for 15 minutes will it consume same/more electricity then 15 minutes at 23 degrees ?

    Well, yes, if run for the same amount of time, without a built-in thermostat, it will consume the same amount in both your examples. My response was based on setting an air conditioner at a certain temperature. In that case, the higher the outside temperature, the longer the unit has to run to reach the desired temperature, thus increasing the electric cost.

    Yes running at a lower temp than the out side air with a proper thermostat will cost you more money. In Florida most AC guys will tell you run 78F during the day and 76F at night for optimal cooling and savings. That's assuming you have proper insulation.
