Most if not all cards with 12VHPWR/12V-2x6 don't use the PEG slot for power at all. So I heavily doubt that it would make any difference.

So far, only laptop screens, which are neither QD- nor W-OLED, fulfilled the requirements for anything higher than DisplayHDR 400 TB. It wouldn't surprise me to see laptops hit DisplayHDR 1000 TB first, given the 1000 nits at 100% APL of the iPad's tandem panel.

"DisplayHDR TrueBlack 1000" sounds like tandem OLED or maybe (though unlikely) blue PHOLED.

VRR exists, so I don't see your point. The panel could lower itself down to say 120 Hz and do all those refresh rates with LFC.

First they made fun of AMD for glueing multiple chips together and now here we are.

According to HWiNFO, my 7800X3D applies a multiplier of 47 during the preparing phase and 47.3 during rendering. However mine also runs at 103 MHz eCLK, 2133 MHz FCLK and I had my daily stuff running in the background. Apparantly a stock 7800X3D would run it at 4.8 GHz.
