I don't really get the whole the mouse needs to be lighter movement. I mean mine is a hefty 120 gram one and I found it on the light side as the previous one I had was weighted down as much as I could which probably made it more in the range of 170 gram.

Probably unpopular opinion but drop the 4K idea and go to 1440P You'll keep needing beast GPU's to keep running on 4K stable and 1440P is literally half the amount of pixels that need to be rendered. I went from 4K to 1440P and I actually found it to be an upgrade rather than a downgrade.

No that's not demand. Nvidia purposely hardly sell cards to not upset their partners. They literally just make a handful of cards each time at those low msrp so the prices can stay high. For every 100 wafers they take for instance 1 the rest is for partners. It's a marketing ploy and nothing more.
