It is related to the account settings from your windows OS. I would recommend to take the card to a windows 10 system. Try at least to run amdvbflash from a usb stick to see.

Hello mate. Since i couldn't find that card in TPU database, would you be so kind and upload the BIOS from it, by using CPU-z upload button. On the other hand, i own 2x 6600XT and both have temps around 92-95 degrees(hot spot) in full load. My cards are from XFX

@coolmag - He used 2.93 under Win 10. Win 11 have some limitations - for example i use a computer with win 10 pro x64 every time i need to flash a video card. And i recommend you to do it also under Win 10.

Hello. @xKempo as i already told you, there is no 100% recipe for your case. But as many of forum members already told you, we suggest to RMA it. But that is up to you.

Since @VuurVOS and I try to offer the best solution for the forum members, keep in mind that not all the time we will succeed. In the end it relays on hardware part also. If the hardware have some flaw, then for sure it won't work no matter what we try. Good luck!

Well. Before anything else, i would like to ask you to be so kind and remove the card from mainboard. Clean the PCIex slot. If you can i would suggest to use compressed air. Clean the PCIex contacts from the video card with a rubber. I suspect that you have a poor contact somewhere.

Hello again. Since you are almost out of options, please open those cards and make some close up picture of it. We need GPU to see the serials and from memory chips to identify them exactly. Use a good light source and use macro function.
