I have the same GPU as you, Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X OC Edition with the 015.042 BIOS and whatever settings I adjust I'm unable to have complete stability. So, when I figured out that a newer BIOS release was out I wanted to flash it so badly. Maybe you could provide me some information on how to flash the newer 015.046 BIOS?
