hey,
i have a sapphire 2gb non-reference cant unlock the bios for flash, so im thinking of oc'ing
to 900-930Mhz on gpu core @ 1175mV to compensate for lost shaders (i know it still not enough)
how does ulps help in overclocking, and how do you turn it off?
