The fan has always been like this,no manual speed control in CCC (tried all the 2's in registry)

Tried the latest drivers as well.

Seems like your the person to talk to grat replies from you.
I have a HIS Radeon 3870x2 1GIG the fan spins at 100% all the time from boot up.Tried all the tools to control the fan to no avail,have tried ATI try tools, Riva tuner etc..
Any advise?
