Sorry 4090 was down for a bit while I was out of town.

I can't really complain about the 4070 S. According to the software it looks like it sits around 200 watts. Depending on WU it seems to be getting an estimated 11-15mil PPD. Currently running Project 12295 Run 114 Clone 33 Generation 18 with an estimate just under 15mil.

@phill I leave the two rigs on 24/7. The 4070 S sits in my server and just does F@H and PLEX, the 4090 is in my main rig and I only stop folding on it for gaming on the weekends or photo editing.

I think nvidia is prioritizing the fab capacity for their Pro/AI card production. I think that's the main reason. Especially if they think tariffs will hit. They likely want to bulk up as many chips for the super expensive products as they can and fill those orders ASAP.

I tried to get a 5090 to add to the folding arsenal, but was unsuccessful. Had a spot in line several times for Best Buy (online ordering) and it errored out on me. This launch has been frustrating... I haven't had issues the last two launches even in the middle of Covid.

Running it in my F@H container on my server it seems to be doing high 11mil to high 13mil depending on WU.

Just added a 4070 Super to my server and have that crunching away now too!

Some of these new WUs are great. I am seeing estimates of 43-46 million PPD on the 4090.
