TSMC Expands U.S. Footprint with Two New Fabs in Arizona

I'm guessing those "crappy" 22-28nm nodes are CPU's mostly for car's ECUs, payment cards, household utilities, printers, scanners, etc, etc. For mobile phones and servers/desktops/laptops CPUs/GPUs, I guess maybe in the next millennium... Europe should develop it's own microconductor mega...

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti PCI-Express x8 Scaling

I'm asking since my mobo only has PCIe 3.0 slots, so I'm guessing this card will use x16 or x8 lines for PCIe 3.0 ??? Or the card's layout is only made for x8 lines no matter the port speed?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti PCI-Express x8 Scaling

So that mean the PCIe x16 3.0 results are the same as PCIe x8 4.0, correct? I mean, why would anyone run his GPU at x8 instead of x16 ?

How about the current existing process: nVidia sels to Indian company, in India, or in Singapore or Bangladesh, which are actually fronts for Chinese companies. And they just ship the cards to Chinese mainland. Does US really thinks those bans actually work??
