my cpu is been thermal throttling going upto 98c in my asus laptop so i have done some undervolting couldnt see any erros in TS bench 960M but when i play apex legends in goes upto 98c.i have recently serviced my laptop they changed the thermal paste(idk which one but they said they changed it )...
