Concept of ScaLib BDP project:
Design and implement a highly portable and very compact framework with low-overhead API of the most common Scientific Algorithms for Embedded 16-bit platforms, capable to do fast processing, then scale it up to 64-bit Server, Desktop and Mobile platforms to do computationally intensive heterogeneous processing using integrated, discrete and external GPUs, FPGAs, and multi-core CPUs ( x86, ARM, and RISC-V ).
