You are correct it can't work with CSM enabled. Yes, it is disabled. UEFI is enabled as well.

Ok, I have updated to the latest BIOS F32H CSM - disabled Resizable BAR - enabled 4k Decoding - enabled XMP profile 1 PBO - enabled Thats pretty much what I've changed after the BIOS update. In windows 11 GPU-Z still shows Resizable BAR disabled. Can't figure it out. Windows 11 partition table...
