the currency in question that I converted from is Malaysian Ringgit. While not the strongest currency in SEA region, the rates against Japanese Yen and Singapore Dollar is more or less consistent year-on-year.

doubt the price is gonna reflect over here in SEA... it's still sitting around US$302 (with tax) for the standard black variant while the white variant is around $318 (with tax). So, I probably gonna skip the entire 40 Series lineup until either the shops here starts cutting the price to move...

Even if the 40 Series cards have a free 1-year Game Pass sub for free, I will still consider it. Not gonna buy em until the prices drops.

no one's stopping you to find a used GPU, just that now you have to do a whole lot more of research and digging coz of how many more of these former mining cards are now popping up in the used market.

I seriously doubt anyone is going to buy a 4070 Super Ti. Even if there is, the performance won't be even close to...

I've played when the game goes live on Sept 6th and I'm still playing it till this day. Is it a perfect single-player game? Of course not. My expectations were low and I'm not disappointed with it.

if it ever goes less than $300, AMD won't even get an "optional" option for those who are squeezing every buck they could when building/upgrading a rig.

$320, performs a little better than the 13th gen i5 it "replaces", supports Intel 600 Series boards, backward compatible with DDR4 and supporting the "slowest" DDR5-5600 and whatnot. I say this is the new mid-high end CPU king, especially for those who want to save every buck they can.
