I know people get annoyed at 1080p comments all the time, but it's true. I just switched over to 1440p and what a difference. Literally day and night. Could never go back to 1080p. 1440p definitely should be the new standard. 1080p is turning into the Windows XP of monitors. Just needs to die...

Okay I just wanted to give an update on the situation. I finally got the monitor, wasn't the thunderbolt. It was the iMac. Still 2560x1440. In order to get the iMac display to work with my 7970 you need a straight mini dp to mini dp cable. Can't use any adapters. Won't work, tried a couple...

Yeah 7990 + 7970 is wtf overkill for WoW. You could of saved your self a lot of money and headaches if you would of stayed with only the 7970. On another note; dual-gpu cards are always a pain. When they work omg do they work, but when they don't it's so frustrating. P.s. When playing WoW...
