SteelSeries is a well known brand with gaming peripherals, such as input-devices, headsets, and mousing surfaces. They now have plans to release themed input-devices for World of Warcraft players, that include a highly customizable mouse and an ergonomic, limited-edition Wrath of the Lich King Zboard. The WoW mouse features as many as 15 programmable buttons that come with a button profile, that could be changed by its software to the gamer's convenience. It features over 130 predefined commands for drag-and-drop macro creation and 16 million illumination choices with 3 intensity and pulsation levels.
The Zboard comes with a themed bezel, and button caps that make predefined functions easy to perform. It connects to the system using two USB ports. This aides its anti-ghosting technology, and allows up to 7 simultaneous keystrokes and one-touch macros for raiding and PvP gameplay. The two have already been placed on pre-order on etailers, with the WoW mouse being priced at 90€ and the limited-edition Zboard at 65€.
