It's crazy how much IGP's have improved in the past year :eek: You can finally build really nice HTPC's without a graphics card! Probably will still need a sound card though for a really nice HTPC.

You cant use a sound card at the moment if you want your HTPC to be Blueray Lossless Audio complient. I have a HTPC with the AMD version of this board and the onboard sound is really good for movies through a Denon reciever. I can see a need for a souncard if you want to play EAX games, but were talking HTPC here.

Really? I was not aware of that. I was kinda thinking along the lines of a HTPC and/or media-center though, where just playing music would be important as well.
