Dell Launches the 19-inch Widescreen UltraSharp 1909W LCD Monitor

Dell today included one more LCD offering to its monitor line-up. The 19-inch UltraSharp 1909W widescreen monitor won't impress with enormous desktop space or high specs, it's more of a beautiful office monitor. Featuring 1440x900 native resolution, the 16:10 display also boasts a 5ms response time, 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 300 nits of brightness. Looks nice,, but with 22" panels being under $200, I would never buy a 19" for over $200.

Looks good. I have a dell screen at work and I really like it over my home one.
IMHO 1440x900 is the best optimum if you dont want to "run around" with your eyes over 22" and wanna have nice FPS

I don't get what's so special about this monitor that warrants the premium over other 19" monitors. It's just a run of the mill Tn-film panel.
