Promos clock pretty well on lower voltages. Contrary to popular belief, they aren't likely to live long at 2.4V. If yours do, you are lucky. Furthermore, above 2.25V, scaling usually drops off drastically, adding very little speed, but a lot more heat. Still, good overall chips, and generally cheaper than Micron.

not too bad of a price wonder what chips they use. maybe it would be good for someone that doesn't overclock

pretty sure these are from same batch as the High Perf modules, just gotta add on HS, and i think Thermalright makes better sinks.

You are lucky. I burned up 3 sets of Promos chipped G.Skill HK's at just 2.35V, with an Antec Spot Cool blowing on them. 2.4V is not a safe voltage for any DDR2. Some are just luckier than others. (I'm not one of those lucky ones with ram. lol)
