MSI launches the first Dual-Core Atom System, MSI Wind Nettop D130. This NetTop is equipped with the latest Intel Atom 330 dual-core processor and 2GB DDR2 memory. MSI Wind Nettop D130 has onboard DVD Super-Multi and 7.1 Channel Surround Sound, providing the user all functions of a multimedia center. On top of that, MSI Wind NetTop D130 can easily run high-definition video applications, while maintaining low power consumption. This makes MSI Wind Nettop D130 very suitable as a 24H computer system such as an e-mail server and file server.

The compact MSI Wind Nettop D130 features a Super-Multi DVD burner to back up data, install software or play a movie. The MSI Wind Nettop D130 is designed for the living room and can be connected to any LCD TV. The built-in Super-Multi DVD burner can play a variety of video and music file formats.



Whether it is for 3D entertainment or videos, MSI Wind Nettop D130 enables an optimal viewing and listening experience. The MSI Wind Nettop D130 supports 7.1 Channel Surround Sound output. Through the restore sound field, this compact PC gives an excellent home-theater experience. It comes with hi-fi speakers and powerful subwoofer, performing a clear treble.

MSI Wind Nettop D130 is equipped with Intel Atom dual-core processor and 2GB DDR2 memory. The full speed operation of Wind Nettop D130 is only 35W. Compared to the traditional ATX chassis of 250W~300W, MSI Wind Nettop D130 can save up to 89% on power consumption. The processor and the chipset of MSI Wind Nettop D130 are passively cooled, generating only 30dB of operating noise.

Are they sure about the HD playback abilities...? and it would be nice to have a digital video out instead of the VGA :banghead:

I'm really looking forward to the EEE box that comes w/ the HD3400 graphics :toast:

Damn shame they couldn't have worked even a funnily-arranged PCI card slot in there -- would've loved to have used one of these for a DVR. :p Guess you can get TV tuners in USB form, though.
