Apple announced today that iLife '09, which was unveiled earlier this year at Macworld in San Francisco, begins shipping tomorrow - January 27, 2009. iLife '09 offers many of the eagerly awaited updates to programs like iPhoto, iMovie, iWeb and GarageBand, that all Mac users are waiting for. iLife '09 adds new ways to organize and manage photos in iPhoto. It also helps to create and enhance movies using iMovie, or learn to sing or play a musical instrument using GarageBand and its downloadable video tutorials. Starting tomorrow iLife '09 will be included with every new Mac. Mac users hoping to upgrade to iLife 09 will need to be using an Apple computer running Mac OS X 10.5.6 operating system or later. Upgrading to iLife '09 will cost $79 for a single license, or $99 for the Family Pack that allows the software to be loaded on up to five computers. Learn more about iLife '09 here.
