Yup. It's for professional photography with very high resolutions. Faster cards allow them to snap photos quicker.

133x = ~ 19mb/second (They claim 20) And that's BEFORE any bus/interface issues

I don't know, that still seems pretty lame - The write speed is "OK" but nothing all that more impressive than any other CF card & the read flat-out fails.

To compare to a Standard (Cheap) Transcend V60 8GB :
sustains READ speeds of 32MB/sec+ (Actual)
sustains WRITE speeds of 11Mb/sec+ (Actual) (OK, so that IS slower)

And that's on a USB reader - these things are typically faster on a proper BUS interface reader, owing to USB traffic negotiation. (This is only important to consider as a CF card uses a direct bus interface within the camera)

Edit : Yeah, I suppose if you are doing "Rapid-fire" type shooting of action events every little MB/s helps. But I'm still not impressed - It's a MINOR improvement if any. I'm SURE 133X CF cards have been around for quite a while already (Checks old price lists)

If this is for a professional photography then it must be some kind of joke as there are x266 speed cards on the market to support raw format shoting using pro DSLR cameras.
Imagine continuos shooting of 50MB raw images with this card
