Huh? I don't understand people who do the things you are doing. Is your soul purpose for this system to have a really high benchmark score, or what?

A dry-ice cooler won't stay cool forever. Are you planning to jump away from COD4 to add some more dry ice?

This must be a joke.

Yes, that is the goal a higher number. Most people think that ocing is easy, well yes it is but it takes loads of time.

From going out and reading lots of reviews, finding out what parts work better than others, finding out if those parts work as well with what you got. There is a lot of time that does go into these things. A lot of if isn't going to newegg and just buying the best of the best.

I think I have about 20 hours of just ocing in the last week alone. It takes time to find that really high benchmark score. There are a lot of things that can be moved up and down. Sometimes turning one thing down will let you turn another thing up a little bit, and then you have a better score. Sometimes that hurts your scores and you have to mix it up even more. Plus you can burn things up very fast by doing them.

You have to take lots of notes, screen shots, and remembering settings that will almost drive you nuts if you forget.

In the end it's almost a game to itself. I'm proud of my last runs with all stock cooling. I have my system down at this time were if I pump up one thing by 1Mhz it will lock. It took a long time to find those settings. Not everyone likes to do that, and some people will never even take the time to figure out why someone would like something like that.

Yes, he does fill that pot up for COD4 if he doesn't switch back to normal cooling lol
Which can be a good thing so you don't smash your monitor when yesterdays settings don't want to work anymore.

This is such bullshit ladies.

10 from me for you having to read through this disgraceful crap.
Great O.C. Some people just cant see the beauty of a computer anymore. Don't you guys remember way back when? Just looking at the tracers and caps, wondering where each one goes.
Maybe I am wrong but doesn't anyone still get that rush opening up a new motherboard or graphics card...............Just stare at it for a while. Come on, some of you still have to love the P.C. for the sum of it's parts. I know it's cool to hide all your wires, paint job, black lights and led's I do it to. But I still like to stare inside my old "Fender Bass man Tweed" amp and see the hand done point to point wiring. I think it's beautiful.
Just my two cents.

Cardboard FTL, honestly there's alot better ways to go about it than cardboard if you got the resources for dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen
