I'm sure that's a great PSU, my Silencer 750 has been one of the most solid PSU's I've ever owned. The PSU never gets hot the 80mm fan is very quiet and my voltage is rock solid. If I was gonna go for more power it'd probably be the Silencer 910. Though my 750 is great, 60A 12+v rail, too many cables, the only thing I wish it had was modular support.

DAMN! Price per watt is dropping! This is awesome news for the consumer. I remember last year when a quality 800W from PCP&C cost $400.

I dont know why its called silence, the 80mm fan is a tad bit loud.

Thats a bargain, 1500 W for 140 british pounds!

A little note from me, i peaked 940 W on the 750 W, its said to have a 850 W peak, and well, Quadfire with 3.5 ghz PHI (4870's) and 6 drives really pushed it, still using them both at same time in my rig.

Gotta love singlerail! thats what makes them best buy, and the fact that many many cases cant have a 120 MM on bottom, like mine with dualpsu.
They are also pretty quiet, but not as many 120MM psu units, overall, all my friends and me included are very satisfied with Pc power & cooling, there have been bad batches, and the current(s) are good here in norway.

Same here, Although if it was making some noise due to how fast it was going i would not care at least i would know it's doing it's job then not like some that are so so quite they cannot do whats needed of them.

Some reviews were comming out with that comment and i was all WTF.

UK Pound 70 = about $115 which is about the same price here in the US and i'd say considering your in the UK you got a dam good price.

Fan noise is really subjective to the listener. Some people even complain how loud a 800rpm scythe fan is.

I got this PC power&cooling 910W PSU , in my opinion the ball bearings neen to be replaced with Fluid Dynamic bearings or may be Enter bearings or Rifle bearings

Hi there , I already replaced the noisy ball bearing fan with a GELID sleeve bearing fan ( lubricated by myself with a creamy Zirconium grease ) , now this Silencer 910W is finally total silent ,of course I swap upside down the direction of the airflow inside the PSU to allow only fresh air to enter into the PSU , the case is also a Silverstone RAVEN RV02 modded upside down , to allow vertical airflow please see the pictures

I have found another intresting advantage of the PC Power & Cooling 80mm layout , the 80mm fan allow partial airflow below ( and also above ) the PCB inside the PSU , the 120mm layout fan cannot send airflow below the PCB of the PSU

Update , I just have another possible fan to swap the stock ADDA ball bearing fan , this AKASA PWM 90mm black fan also run very silent

Update , the PC Power & Cooling 910W PSU inside the Coolermaster CM590 , probably I will keep this PSU fanless inside the CM590 ( case rotated 90 degrees ) because the two 140mm fans will suck the hot air out of the case and therefore the cool air will coming inside the case through the bottom grills
