Release date: December 8th 2006.

Price: EUR 249 / GBP 179

Bundle includes: white console, one Wii remote, one Nunchuck and Wii Sports. Between 49 and 59 Euros for software. Which is 34 to 39 pounds.

That price is great compared to the PS3... considering one now... make a good xmas present!

I'll have to see how cheap an Xbox 360 would be, but this looks good.

Games are a bit expensive though, 249e for the console is not too bad

in VFM (value for money) terms id have to say the x360 is in the lead as core systems in the uk can be bought brand new for under £200 now, by christmas id exspect this to drop by £20
