this board is full of win, I think a custom made case (hello cyberduid 
) would be the best go tho.
I start at the bottom with the PSU and a hard drive, probably sideways, with the board sitting atop it with a mid-high end GFX and good CPU cooler.
Sure it might not end up as small as a Sugo, but it'd would be half the size of the mini P180 or Cooler master 33X series cases.
