Ah where have the times gone, the Top Tier boards are now the Budget range boards as of PCB size, this board is like the size of a R9700 Pro.

I just put a HIS 5570 in my htpc

The 5570 is a pretty nice card for the small size. I just put the half height 5570 1gb card in my NES HTPC and its a great low pro gamer. here is a link to it installed in my nes. Its definately the most power you can get in such a small package. http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=117764
