Leadteak is one of the many NVIDIA partners ready with its offering of GeForce GTX 470 and GeForce GTX 480 graphics cards, pictured ahead of its launch. As with every other GeForce 400 series SKU in the making, these cards stick to NVIDIA's reference design. The Leadtek GeForce GTX 480 is DirectX 11 compliant, has 480 CUDA cores, and 1536 MB of GDDR5 memory across a 384-bit memory interface, while the GeForce GTX 470 has 448 CUDA cores, and 1280 MB of GDDR5 memory across a 320-bit memory interface. Both are 3-way SLI capable. The two are expected to be launched later this week.

Too bad they're available just in pictures and Leadtek hasn't been anybody in the VGA market for quite some time.

I thought they were buried, nice to see them around. Gotta say the nvidia cards do look sexy though, kudos to their design labs.

The GTX480 would make nice grill marks on a beef

Just turn-off the fan. 300Watt should be enough to grill some beef.

The more I stare at that sticker the more I'm convinced it's a stylized top-down view of the Murciélago. At this point I'm pretty sure it is. I guess Leadtek isn't the only one who looks at Italian super-car manufacturers for inspiration (PowerColor). :p

Yeah, it definitely is the Murciélago SuperVeloce.

I don't know how I did not see it, as I have a calender with that very car in my office.
Good eye.
As for Leadtek, never owned a card of theirs. I like lifetime, and double lifetime warranties myself.

I like the design of this card. I'm guessing these 480's are going to be about the same as a gtx 295 but with just a single gpu. I was looking on newegg and I cannot believe the 295's are still $500+

All the gtx 4xx cards are the same bar the sticker so saying one is nice applies to all of them, just pick the one with the best looking sticker if it floats ya boat.Though you cant see the sticker anyway as its face down.
