Specs:
Asrock 775i65GV, Intel Celeron D 2.66Ghz OC'd to 3.40Ghz, 1 40GB Maxtor HDD, 1 60GB WD HDD,
Gainward GeForce 6200 256MB, Samsung DVD-RW. Taisol 4500rpm HSF.

Mods:
I just change the side panel to a clear acrylic glass and put a hole for the front & side panel for a 120mm fans.

there's a local shop here that has a few P4 775 hyper threadeds for like $25. 2.8-3.2ghz and 533-800fsb. where are you located?
