GlacialTech introduced its Siberia performance CPU cooler. The cooler makes use of two fans to push/pull air through a dense aluminum fin array that propagates along the plane of the motherboard, to which heat is conveyed by six heat pipes. The heat pipes make direct contact to the processor at the base, which doubles up as a small heatsink.

Air is pushed on to the fins by a 140 mm fan that spins at 800~1400 rpm, while is pushed out of the fin array by a 92 mm fan that spins at 1300 rpm. The gross dimensions of the cooler are 146 (W) x 150 (L) x 120 (H) mm, it weighs 620 g. A tube of IceTherm II thermal compound is bundled. The cooler will reach stores later this month, one can expect it to be moderately priced.

Back in the day. TT had something similar to this called the 'Big Typhoon' (I still have one) cooling hasnt really progressed much in the last 5-8 years asside from DHT & experimenting with Vapour Chamber, Phasechange & TEC technology everything is just same old same old.

Thats why Laws of Physics are just that: Laws. You cant break the equition of a heatsink = Heat capacitance of material / surface area / air flow.

If you break the laws of physics jesus comes and flails you.

Big Typhoon was my first aftermarket heatsink lol good times this looks like a nicer cleaner version of the Big Typhoon might be worth grabbing for a light oced system for good temps and nice clean design

id change the fan of course add one to the side panel on whatever case i through it in to suck air in and push it to the cpu cooler
