They do if you have a top vent, otherwise you have to point them downwards and they blow in to the case. That's all I'm on about.
I wasn't trying to offend anyone, and if you have a case with a vent up top, congrats.
My only experience with a top mounted PSU was a shitty pre-built and it had no top ventilation, so I wasn't speaking from vast amounts of knowledge, I was just asked my reasoning and I answered.

Maybe some goof ball thought it be a good idea to switch the fan around. Would not surprise me one bit.
