FinalWire Ltd. today announced the immediate availability of AIDA64 Extreme Edition 1.80 software, a streamlined diagnostic and benchmarking tool for home users; and the immediate availability of AIDA64 Business Edition 1.80 software, an essential network management solution for small and medium scale enterprises.

The new AIDA64 update unveils a brand new hardware monitoring module called SensorPanel, implements FMA4 and XOP optimized 64-bit benchmarks for AMD FX-Series "Bulldozer" CPU, and adds AMD A-Series "Llano" APU and VIA QuadCore processor optimizations.

so.. let me try to understand this, how is this any different than lets say HWiNFO32/64, which of course, is free.

let me tell you:

has a wider database cuz I did not send the info of my Llano laptop to any of those HWiNFO32/64 which I got at zero day launch, 20 days before.

has a lot more test suites to test latest processors

has a sensor panel to monitor a wide range of devices

That can be true, but I don't mind about tests from AIDA or HWiNFO.

Mmmmm. I don't understand what you are referring to. It's something like that:



I like a lot HWiNFO32/64. I use all the time the "only sensor" version and it only uses 14 MB and give me better info than most monitor software.
