This is strange ever since I RMA'd my video cards and got 2 new ones I can not seem to over clock them at all . even with the 11.7 drivers they do not scale at all . I wounder why this is .

11.7 CCC won't load on my Win7 64-bit. (can't access ati overdrive)

Any thoughts?

I have uninstalled old drivers.


EDIT: I got it.... don't know how, but i got it.
