Swiftech Introduces H2O X20 Edge HD Series Liquid Cooling Kits

Rouchon Industries, Inc. dba Swiftech today announced the release for retail sales of the H2O-x20 Edge "HD" series liquid cooling kits using their new flagship CPU waterblock the Apogee HD and the patent pending MCRx20 Drive (Rev3) series of PC radiators.

The new kit series announce uncompromised performance, functionality, and simple installation at a reasonable price. "This new generation offers an ease of installation which is very close to that of other all-in-one kits, but it does it without sacrificing performance and functionality: users can take full advantage of the power of liquid cooling i.e. low temperature and low noise while not being restricted to CPU-only cooling as is the case with other all-in-one kits" said Gabriel Rouchon Swiftech's Chairman & CTA.

Pump is standard MCP355. Costs are pretty fair, IMHO, getting rad, pump, block, fans, tubbing, and probably coolant.

Block is the newest, the features 3 outlets on the block itself, so you can run parallel tubing from CPU block to ram, VGAs, and the board, while having all three parallel loops terminate into the three ports in the rad.

It's cool stuff.

Well, I dunno bout not having to move tubing..you'd still have to drain the loop..but yes, that is exactly it...the block as two additional outlets that are filled with removable caps. You can remove those caps, add a fitting, and tubing, and run the outlets in parrallel to the rad.


I am so very excited by these kits and the block/rad. I should ask Swifttech for some samples!

That's what I am saying here is an XSPC Rasa 750 kit for $189! That's a kit that looks better and costs nearly $100 less, and I'd wager the performance is the same if not better.

Personally, i think its a sweet all in one, it says on their site you can add extras too it, it has 2 extra connections on the radiator for such things. Its a good quality setup so i think the price justifies it.

I like it, I don't understand the price as that looks like all single parts you can buy from Swiftech and I'm pretty sure added up it doesn't come close to that price.

Whats the point in running dual loops off one rad though? Temps aren't going to be any better than running all of that in one loop.

There is a reservoir the top portion of the rad is a box to hold extra fluid and allow the system to bleed. With the res being part of the radiator, where most air gets trapped, it is actually very easy to bleed.

I love the original version I have, can't wait until these new kits hit my doorstep

The difference is, these are HIGHLY upgradable vs say, H100.

That's exactly it. To water cool with AIO style coolers you spend near $100 on the H100, and then you have to go and find that CoolIT GPU cooler, and from what I can recall that kit was over $150 per GPU.
