I got an AV8, KW7 and KV7-V as refurbs on eBay about 5 years ago, and had lots of fun with those boards until I borked them or they died. Back then, I didn't have any high performance PCs, so those boards (with a 939 X2 4200+ Toledo and Barton 2500+ factory unlocked with DDR 400 and a BFG 7800GS) were all I had. Before that, I had a Dell Dimension 4550 someone gave to me for free in 2006, and it had 1GB of RAM and a P4 2GHz.

All great boards and all still work as good as the day I bought them. The last 2 were finally retired in the last 6 months. I was pretty torn on my last build not being able to go ABit again.

Good board that, I 'upgraded' to a gigabyte P45 from an IP35-E but the IP35-E was far better for o/c stability esp when it came to ram. I only upgraded 'cos I wanted raid. Should've got a full blown IP35 instead.
