Powerful 3rd Generation Intel Core i7 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M
The P2542G is a powerful beast of a notebook with a high-performing 3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3610QM Quad-Core processor and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M with GDDR5 2GB VRAM that supports NVIDIA Optimus, NVIDIA PhysX and DirectX11 Technology. The P2542G also scores an impressive 17,537 on 3DMark06. The powerful performance from the P2542G swiftly blazes through even the most complex tasks with ease and provides smooth, fluid playback during graphics intensive games.

Incredible 1080p Full HD / Blu-ray Rewritable Drive / THX TruStudio Pro
The P2542G comes with a full HD 1920X1080 LED backlight display that provides crisp images in spectacular detail. The amazing display is great for gamers and makes it easy to see things like your distant enemy trying to hide behind a building, or watching incoming enemy fire and having enough time to duck out of the way.

There is also a Blu-ray Rewritable Drive that displays all the latest media in crystal clear HD quality. With Blu-ray, you can enjoy jaw-dropping games and multimedia wherever you go. The Blu-ray Rewritable Drive also supports BDXL format so that up to 128GB can be burned on a single disc, which makes it easy to share high-volume content with friends.

Gaming enthusiasts will also be thrilled with the impressive audio system on the P2542G, which includes four dual-channel stereo speakers and a woofer speaker. The notebook also comes with THX TruStudio Pro technology that produces a tremendous audio experience, great for games, movies and music.

Awesome Design
Despite the powerful features, the P2542G still has a sleek, stunning design that is reminiscent of a premium sports car with an angular body, dual air vents and silver trim. The notebook's unique and stylish dual heat sink design with dual air vents (one for the processor and one for the GPU) provides an excellent cooling effect even during long hours of gaming.

1080p resolution in 15.6 inch is good. I always ask myself why do they usually use the 720p...
Now we will wait and see if the screen itself is good or not.

Otherwise, looks like a descent gaming laptop!
