High performance cooling solution manufacture Prolimatech presents the successor to the MK-13, aptly called the MK-26. With a more elaborate design, larger surface area, an increase in cooling performance and expanding the compatibility to the newest generation of graphic cards, the Prolimatech MK-26 is the perfect choice for utmost cooling of modern NVIDIA or AMD GPUs.

Meticulously crafted out of nickel-copper and nickel-plated aluminum housing 6 x 6mm heat pipes and at the weight of only 590 grams, the Prolimatech MK-26 Multi-VGA-Cooler is lightweight and has the correct materials to disperse heat properly to ensure extra cooling efficiency. Compatible with most popular graphics cards, the MK-26 provides a quieter and more potent solution to reference design VGA coolers.

Being able to fit an incredible number of AMD's reference design GPUs from Radeon HD 3850 all the way up to a most recent Radeon HD 7970 along with NVIDIA reference GPUs from the GeForce 7800 Series all the way to the newest generation GeForce GTX 680, the Prolimatech MK-26 is the perfect cooling upgrade, for any modern, reference design graphic cards.

To keep even the hottest graphics card cool, the MK-26 has been designed with the ability to attach up to 2x 120mm / 140mm fans which help disperse the heat with the utmost efficiency, ensuring the card performs with the coolest operating temperatures, extending its life span and increasing the overclock ability of the graphic card.

As an added convenience for the customers, Overclockers UK is also offering exclusive Tech Labs bundles, which already include different choices of fans for various usage scenarios.

The Prolimatech MK-26 Multi VGA Cooler will be available immediately for £51.98 exclusively at www.overclockers.co.uk

Will have to try this although will have to wait till next year. Shame they did not make a fan holder like the last one for it.

IMO thats the greatest thing about the MK-13. you could just mount 2 120mm or 140mm fans on the side to cool a dual GPU set up.

Well you can mount 4 to it :). The cooler is good and looks like the fins on this one are of the same thickness which i kinda dislike as i find thinner fins like on the scythe musashi which i thought did a better job although the fans sucked on that and the fins were very is bent but still i still believe it performed much better due to the fin thickness.

It would be nice if vga heatsink manufacturers made more heatsinks with fins that go parallel with case airflow, instead of perpendicular like this one.

The great thing about this cooler is the compatibility although it does not mention any requirements for VRM and memory IC cooling.

Im talkin about mounting the fan like this

you cant do that unless you have the attachments from the MK-13. and those are rare just as well that the MK-13 is no longer available anywhere in the UK at the moment

I only use what i got with my cooler..

Now if you put that bracket on the lower slot ( below the second v card ) you can put at least 4 120mm fans on it.

So the second card would have fans pointing at the card like normal and the other 2 would be like in your picture.

youre missing my point... the MK-26 doesnt come with the same PCI fan holders so you cant have it mounted like that unless you have the accessories from the MK-13 which i think has long been discontinued as i can barely find any even on ebay.

I don't know why, but I want this. Scratch that - I NEED this. My Gelid Icy Vision Rev. 2 for my GTX 570 seems to be doing fine, but I could always find some reason to say it sucks.

given the price Id say its a total waste of time... you can get waterblocks for the 570 that cost just a little bit more.... you might need to spend a lot more on the rest of the watercooling kit to go with it but the benefits that water cooling would give you is out weighs its cost even if its a mid range WC setup not to forget the fact that you could also add your CPU into the loop for much much lower temps then any air cooler would give you unless the ambient room temp is ice cold.

same way as any 3rd party cooler works. take the old one off, clean up old thermal grease, put new thermal grease on, mount it, screw it in and slap the fans on underneath and slot it back inside your case like a boss.

though given the pictures, this cooler is a triple slot cooler and not as suitable for dual GPU setups like the MK-13 was.

I have no idea why they discontinued the MK-13, It was offering something that no other 3rd party cooler manufacturer could give and that was SPACE between two cards.

Thanks Maban! I assumed that was the case but didn't want to commit to that assumption  Looks like they use a shim to make up the difference. I'll pass

Gotta be carefull when ordering coolers for your hd7xxx series cards ;)

Ok, Sorry.. How ever you thought about emailing them for parts ?. I have always had a reasonable timed reply in the past when asking for compatibility with other cards like the one i am using now.
