Xigmatek Readies the Asgard 382 PC Chassis

Xigmatek is now preparing the release of a new Asgard Series PC Case, a mid-tower called Asgard 382 which will be available in no less than six versions (three with a side window, three without). Seen below, this upcoming gaming chassis measures 505 (L) x 445 (H) x 195 (W) mm, has support for ATX, micro ATX and mini ITX motherboards, and features two top-placed USB 3.0 ports, three 5.25-inch bays, four 3.5-inch and four 2.5-inch drive bays, plus one pre-installed 120 mm fan (found at the back).

The Asgard 382 has yet to be priced.

• Can accommodate up to a total of 8 system fans (4 x 14cm + 4 x 12cm)

What Xigmatek doesn't mention is "8 system fans if you buy it without the side window". With the window, it only holds 6 fans (i.e., no side fans to blow on your video card).

Looks pretty standard. Nothing special about this case.

Decent mid-range case. Punch-out PCI slots instead of screwed ones, black-painted interior. The accent on the front looks cool enough. It reminds me a little of Cooler Master Storm Enforcer with this armor-type front bezzel. But that's not bad. I find it a good edition to their current gamma, nothing to stand out, but nothing too bad either.

Freaking hallelujah, Xigmatek! A case with a nice, big side window, that does not have a bunch of holes on it!

Now make it in a few more colours, I'd like to see it in white, orange and red.

Ugly.
But I do like the SSD bay which also accommodates for longer cards, or cards with a cooler which reaches past the length of the PCB.

atleast its not neon green.... I would MUCH rather buy their Pantheon... now THAT is a chasis
