I don't mind paying a premium for a premium product. BUT I DO MIND PAYING OTT for regular flash memory. The 16GB memory ipads are expensive enough, but OK, you pay for the design, OS, apps, quality of build, etc. But the 64GB versions at $200 more is outrageous market gouging. Most people think that price gouging is immoral, and most states have laws rendering the practice a civil or criminal offense.

They have such a HUGE fanbase that they could have started the cheapest mini model off @ $400 & would have still made a ton of money. I have people in my own family who are so enthralled with Apple products that they'll buy anything with an Apple logo on it.
