Mods:
Modified vga fans from 2x7cm to 2x12cm. cable management, added red leds strip and cooler controller
This is my budget pc for daily use. Case is silent, it has 7x12cm and 2x14cm fans. I will change front controller's leds to red ones soon.
Case is not perfect but at least it is working.
