I think this one does, no V2 product videos yet that I could find.

Ring Mouse II comes with the in-air mouse function so you can use actual mouse functions like cursor movement, left/middle/right buttons, dragging and 4-way scrolling.

Actually! I have a thumb mouse somewhere that has a thumb trackball and "trigger fingers" click and right click. I'll dig it up and show it to yah sometime. Looks really neat.
