Today at CeBIT, Logitech announced it will support the European launch of PLAYSTATION 3 (PS3) computer entertainment system with a line of products that includes the new Logitech Cordless Precision controller for PLAYSTATION 3, the Logitech ChillStream controller for PLAYSTATION 3, the Logitech Cordless MediaBoard keyboard for PLAYSTATION 3, the Logitech HDMI cable and the Logitech USB Headset for PLAYSTATION - these products are specially designed to enhance gamers' experience with Sony's new gaming platform.
"European gamers lining up to purchase the PLAYSTATION 3 will find that Logitech offers a full range of peripherals that give them the tools to really enjoy this breakthrough new platform," said Ruben Mookerjee, Logitech director of product marketing for interactive entertainment. The Logitech Cordless Precision controller for PLAYSTATION 3 offers gamers an affordable cordless gamepad with the reliable 2.4 GHz Cordless Freedom technology, which provides precise control over a 30-foot range with no lag. Featuring Logitech's critically acclaimed floating D-pad design, the Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for PLAYSTATION 3 is extremely accurate and responsive.
