ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC Listed

European price-aggregator Geizhals.at sniffed out at least two retailers listing the upcoming ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC graphics card. The card is priced at 316.5€ on average, including VAT and shipping; and 264€ excluding them. While the card itself isn't pictured by either store, specifications posted by Geizhals appear to check out with Monday's leaks. The card is based on a 28 nm GK104 silicon, with 1,152 CUDA cores, 96 TMUs, 32 ROPs, and a 256-bit wide memory interface holding 2 GB of memory. The way Geizhals describes it, the card features a dual-slot DirectCU II cooler. We don't expect it to look much different from the one that cools DirectCU II versions of GTX 660 Ti or GTX 670. The 264€ pre-VAT pricing of this non-reference design, factory-overclocked card suggests that most GTX 760 cards should be priced in the neighborhood of US $250 to $300.

The Gigabyte Geforce GTX760 2GB (N760OC2GD) was listed few days ago in a retailer website in Israel.
Price wise it is the same as the GTX 670 now (i don't see the point if the 670 is better...). The retailer said that it will let us know the final price and availability in a couple of days.

Uhhhh No They are NOT. GTX 670's still retail between $350 and $420. If you are lucky you can find a crappy one for $320 after rebate.

760 at stock clocks is faster than a 670, and should overclock to atleast match a 680. At the price of a 660Ti (Possibly a 660 NON Ti if you want a lower clocked version)

I doubt it will match gtx 680 even overclocked to the max. To little CUDA cores and ROPs and it will be great if it match gtx 670 witch is more powerfull GPU to. Second thing is very high stock clocks, unlike like gtx 670 and less overclock potential. gtx 670 and esc 680 will always be more powerfull GPUs at the end off the day.

Verifiable, while the best price I've ever seen for a 670 was $290 from Dell for a PNY XLR8 (reference) after a discount and rebate. That said since even Oct 2012 and into 2013 a few reference type offerings would show sporadically for the $300-320, but overall $350-380 was what many nicer sku's have held at.

Honestly, I won't speculate on what a 760's might come in at... Green Marketing has proven my judgments now wrong twice lately. That said, and the consideration this may well be a gelding from last year's production Nvidia could be very aggressive on the release MSRP.

But considering such a card may well perform between a 7950 and a regular 7970, AMD may well have a struggle on their hands. Hard to say how much market truly remains in sales. Though this will/should dislodge any folks that have not felt the need to upgrade from 470, 560, 5870, 6970 and such is undeniable.

on another retailer I can find even cheaper GTX670s than the price of the GTX760 that was listed. Again, we are talking Israeli prices here, not US/EU!
And the price isn't final either.

Think it would be a bomb shell if the GTX 760 turns out to be GK106/Variant (GK116 Anyone) with 3 SMX clusters (1152 cuda cores), maybe even 256 bit bus. It would of confirmed that NVIDIA gimped the GTX 660 for the reason of overtaking the GTX 660Ti

A GK-106 has two full GPC with one extra SMX (960Sp) and 3 memory blocks (64-Bit) which dictates its 192-Bit. So that would mean a chip with 3 functional GPC (6 SMX’s) while an extra standalone memory controller. It's that memory controller would be a little off from normal Kepler family architecture. So that wouldndn't be "re-spin" of a GK-106, but a completely new chip. They may well still be doing that as they’re fairly limited on pulling new variants from a GK106 that would be much of any boost. Going to a new chip gets them the 760, a "750" variant(s) using 5 SMX and "740" from 3 SMX, but we haven't heard anything of such a chip.
