Japanese display maker Iiyama rolled out the Pro Lite T2735MSC 27-inch touchscreen monitor. It combines an AMVA (multi-domain vertical alignment) panel made by AU Optronics, with a 10-point multi-touch layer. As a display, the T2735MSC features full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 2 ms response time, 178°/178° viewing angles, 260 cd/m² maximum brightness, 3000:1 static contrast ratio with dynamic mega-contrast, and display inputs that include DVI, D-Sub, MHL (mobile high-definition link), and HDMI. Its touchscreen component plugs in over USB 2.0. Its stand is designed to be ergonomic, and fit for frequent sliding down to use as touchscreen. Measuring 739 x 127 x 510 mm (WxDxH), it weighs 10.5 kg. Available in Japan soon, the Pro Lite T2735MSC is expected to be priced at 89,800 JPY (US $920).
