This is one retarded, unprofessional, irresponsible, inaccurate, false claim Club3D is making. Many GTX 600 cards have been nailing their opponents to the wall and so does many GTX 700 cards.

well, I'm not really surprised, this is CLUB 3D we are talking about - the same people who marketed plenty of 4GB GDDR3 low end graphics cards, they aren't exactly known for honesty if you know what I mean.

Club3D's site lists the 7-250 as having 384 stream processes, the 7-240 as 320? Are they new chips?

According to wikipedia, they're based on Oland XT and Oland Pro. So, nope, them chips are not new at all.
