Fractal Design has this week introduced a tweaked version of the Arc Midi R2 PC chassis which trades the window-equipped side panel of the original version for a simpler panel, one without any view of the inside.
The Arc Midi R2 Solid Side Panel measures 230 (W) x 460 (H) x 515 (D) mm, it weighs 10.7 kg and features support for ATX, Micro ATX and Mini ITX motherboards, a top-placed panel with USB 3.0 (x 2) and audio ports, a fan controller, two 5.25-inch bays, eight storage drive trays, three built-in Silent Series R2 140 mm fans (front, rear and top), and fan filters in the top, front, bottom and side panel. The case is listed on pre-order with a price tag of €73.62.
