Razer, the world leader in high-performance gaming hardware, software and systems, along with Counter Logic Gaming, a long time eSports partner and premier North American organization, are happy to announce the launch of the new Counter Logic Gaming Razer DeathAdder gaming mouse.

This limited edition team-branded gaming mouse delivers precision from a 6400 dpi optical sensor, and comfort from its right-handed ergonomic form factor that gamers have come to know and love with the Razer DeathAdder namesake. It's one of the many reasons that the peripheral is the top-selling gaming mouse in existence.

"As two-time winners of the Razer 'Team of the Year' award, CLG has lived up to its title by continuing to deliver massive contributions to the eSports scene," says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder, CEO, and creative director. "We've updated CLG's favored weapon with new hardware and team colors based on specific player feedback, creating a mouse which fans and players alike around the world can be proud to wield."

The CLG DeathAdder is wrapped in an exclusive black and white finish, and the mouse scroll wheel and team logo are illuminated in white.

"It's an honor to have had enough support from the community to win back-to-back Razer 'Team of the Year' awards," says George "HotshotGG" Georgallidis, CLG co-founder and President. "Razer continues to provide us the best gear in order to keep us playing our best, and the brand new CLG Razer DeathAdder is no exception. We've been excited in working closely with Razer to design the latest iteration of the DeathAdder, and in turn, are quite proud of the results."

Nice colors and the shape looks like an old Naga so it should be really nice to hold.

*sigh* This does not look like a Naga, this looks like a Death Adder, you know the mouse that IS PART OF THE NAME. This isn't a new mouse, it's a new color scheme with a team branding on it. It doesn't even sound like they changed the top surface of the mouse, it's marketing. I'll say that it looks better than the plain black Death Adder that has been out for years, but anyone who expects better gaming performance is in for disappointment.

Edit: Just to be clear, I think it's cool that companies want to brand their mice with big esports teams, I just don't think they should try to make it sound like this is a new product when really it's an optional refresh of a current product. Like the Steelseries Sensei vs the Steelseries Fnatic Sensei, same mouse different top surface and color scheme.

I quit using Razer mice but I wouldn't mind trying this one out. The thumb buttons look a bit more accessible than with my Steelseries RAW.

Yes, you will need to install Razer somethingsomething for full functions, otherwise its equivalent to your $5 mallmart mouse.

old Naga shape is derivative of DeathAdder. Not everyone knows DA. Heck, not everyone knows that DA shape is borrowed from MSIE3.0.

Looks good and I'm sure it has a nice feel, but Razer's prices just seems excessive.
