My CPU cooler will not allow over tight (not that it could bend the pins). And it was quite cheap.No way. Over-tightening a cooler alone can cause LGA pins to bend.
I think extreme violence would be required if that is possible, with my cooler. Just need to follow simple rules and it'll be fine.
