Specs:
ASRock Conroe1333 with E4300 @ 2.4Ghz with Scythe Ninja Plus Rev B (with Silent 120mm QuadLED fan), 1x250GB Seagate SataII, 1x1GB DDRII667, 901 case, Asus PM17TU, Techwill 550watts, A4Tech Mouse, A4Tech AntiRSI Keyboard, IMon VFD Panel, Sunbeam 20-in-1 panel, Inno3D 6600 @ 450Mhz/725Mhz, Gadmei UTV310 USB Tuner, VMicro Web Cam, Creative XFree Speakers

Mods:
Replaced top panel with mesh and filter, removed HDD support to fit in Scythe Ninja Rev B, transferred HDD rack below on the middle, added 12inch CCFL Blue/Red (glow intensity controlled by Sunbeam panel), modded side panel and place Sunbeam 20-in-1 panel, black painted Liteon DVD, modded MA-620 IR (Just place cellphone with IR on top panel to browse/download/upload), created Acrylic protector for Asus PM17TU LCD

Looks like a well built sys, might run better with two sticks of memory, in dual channel.

Im in the process of adding another 1GB stick and replacing Celey with a Core2Duo processor..

Well HTPC are not memory intensive but cpu intensive do to decoding and de-interlacing...

btw...what mpeg codecs are you using?

Umm using KLite Codecs to encode/decode/watch DivX, XVid videos etc....

I give you props for being able to get the Ninja to fit in there. That case was somewhat difficult for me to work with.

Dont worry, as soon as I get a better job, all will be replaced except teh 901 case. ^_^
