Any machine that can run XP at a reasonable speed can run vista with the effects turned off. People whining over Vista is getting old, especially when you can tell that they arent using it, and havent tried it.

When people see vista advertising, m$ only shows the flashy marketing bullshit.

People want that.

People want it, cheap.

Having the stickers say "Windows Vista capable" really is misleading... because they have managed to squeeze that sticker onto the bare bare minimums, how would you like getting one of those?

Yes it runs vista, but its far from what is "sold" to the consumer as "vista".

and hardly fufilling of the name "Vista".

Their marketing imploded in on their idiocy with the name, and now they're wondering why.

I really doubt she'll win. What does everyone else think?

Probably settle outside of court, but if she has balls, she'll go all the way and set a bar for microsoft marketing to catch up to.

I like burger kings marketing. Its friggin hilarious.
Microsoft's like ZOMG WE'RE TEH BESTEST BUY ME!
Burger king is like HAH! heres a guy in a king suit! Buy our burgers!

:)
